This Legal Notice provides general information about Visionder, its public areas, investor discovery information and the relationship between Visionder and third parties referenced through the service.

Use of authenticated Visionder services is governed by the Visionder Terms. The processing of personal data is described separately in the Visionder Privacy Policy.

Visionder is a founder operating ecosystem designed to help founders organize their startup journey, work with the people behind what they are building, discover investors and opportunities, and move their vision forward.

Visionder may include both public information and private or authenticated areas.

2. Public Investor Orbit

Visionder may display information about venture capital firms, investors, accelerators, programs, venture studios, corporate venture funds, grants and other organizations or opportunities.

This information is provided for discovery and informational purposes.

Unless Visionder expressly states otherwise, the presence of a person, fund, company, program or organization within Visionder does not mean that the listed party is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with or otherwise formally connected to Visionder.

3. Public sources

Investor and opportunity information may be compiled from publicly available sources, including official websites, public announcements and other publicly accessible business information.

Public information can change. Visionder may therefore update, correct, reorganize or remove public listing information when appropriate.

4. Verification of information

Founders should verify material information through the relevant person's or organization's official source before applying, contacting an organization, sharing confidential information or making a business or financial decision.

Visionder does not guarantee that a public listing is complete, continuously current or free from errors.

5. No funding relationship implied

Discovery through Visionder does not create an investment, advisory, fiduciary, agency, partnership, employment or other professional relationship between Visionder, a founder and a listed investor or organization.

Visionder does not represent that a listed investor has reviewed, approved or expressed interest in any founder or startup merely because that investor appears within the service.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

Visionder does not guarantee responses, introductions, meetings, admission to programs, investment, financing, partnerships or any other startup outcome.

Founders remain responsible for their own decisions, communications, applications and transactions.

7. Founder and startup information

Information submitted by founders may include founder identities, startup information, descriptions, images, activity and other material connected to a startup journey.

Users are responsible for ensuring that information they submit is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they have the right to provide it.

Information designated as private or workspace-only is distinct from information intentionally made public through Visionder features.

8. Corrections and listing requests

Visionder aims to keep public discovery information useful and appropriately represented.

A person or organization referenced in a public Visionder listing may contact Visionder to report information that is inaccurate, outdated, misleading or otherwise requires review.

Visionder may review the relevant sources and, where appropriate, correct, annotate, restrict or remove information.

9. External links

Visionder may provide links to websites or services operated by third parties.

An external link is provided for convenience or discovery and does not, by itself, constitute approval or endorsement of the linked website, organization, product or service.

Third-party websites operate independently from Visionder and are subject to their own terms, privacy practices and security measures.

10. Names, brands and trademarks

Company names, investor names, program names, product names, trademarks and other third-party identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance within informational or discovery features does not grant Visionder ownership of those third-party rights and does not imply a commercial relationship unless expressly stated.

11. Visionder intellectual property

The Visionder name, branding, original interfaces, visual identity, software, product architecture and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Nothing in this Legal Notice grants permission to represent yourself as Visionder, reproduce Visionder branding in a misleading way or imply an affiliation that does not exist.

12. Platform integrity

Visionder may take reasonable steps to protect the integrity of its public information, founder identities, startup spaces and authenticated services.

This may include reviewing reports, correcting information, restricting abusive activity and responding to suspected impersonation, fraud, unauthorized access or misuse.

14. Operator information

The identity, registered address and other mandatory legal details of the entity operating Visionder will be published here before commercial public launch once the operating legal entity is finalized.

This information will not be substituted with temporary or inaccurate corporate details.
